Chef Philip Medora proudly introduces "The Tilted Skillet" Food Truck to the lower Hudson Valley! With over 30 years of Food and Beverage knowledge, working in some of New York City's most famed restaurants and Hotels, Chef Medora has decided to take his passion of Food on the road. The Tilted Skillet was created for one reason and one reason only, to bring awesome food to the street! People always ask what type of food do we serve? Without using terms like Contemporary Americana or Gastro Fusion, simply put we are "Creating Food for Foodies!". The Tilted Skillet is not your average food truck. We are committed to raising the bar on food quality by using only the freshest available products in season and staying true to our tested recipes and proper cooking techniques. While some menu items may sound familiar, we are cooking from scratch! Seasonality, sustainability and availability will dictate our menus. Our approach is to re-imagine familiar food favorites with a "Tilted Skillet" twist while creating new trends in the Food Truck Industry. We will be a "Rogue" eatery and will be visible at Pop Up locations throughout the Hudson Valley, including multiple stand - alone locations, Farmers Markets, Festivals, and other Venues.
